About Us
Founded in 2018, City & The Sea curates tailor-made luxury experiences, and specializes in organizing the most unique signature trips and events.
We focus on managing travel portfolios and itineraries for discerning clients, and we're available to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
As the boutique subsidiary of NTS Group, a leading travel and hotel management company in Egypt, we have access to over 100 travel experts, established partnerships, and offices in major cities worldwide. With our expertise, we take pride in fulfilling even the most extraordinary requests with ease.
Mohamed El-Manawi
Managing Director
With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University in Cairo and a postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management & Food Science from London, Mohamed has made remarkable contributions to the hospitality industry as a highly accomplished professional.
In his current role as Managing Director at City and The Sea, Mohamed is responsible for overseeing the development of an array of innovative projects. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of NTS Group. Prior to this, he held various positions in the hospitality industry including Director of Sales and Marketing at NTS Group from 2009 to 2013, and Managing Partner at Xpand Group where he successfully managed three branches of Cafe Blanc, Riviera Beach, Blu Bar, and Aqua Beach Marassi. Additionally, Mohamed gained valuable experience while working at Novikov and Hibiscus London, which has two Michelin stars. From 2017 to 2019, he served as the VP Business Development at NTS Group before taking over as COO.
